I'm not sure I'd recommend a Dell Uxxx monitor for 2x770. Obviously you want either high fps or high resolution if you get 2 high end GPUs. The Dell monitor is only a 60Hz 1920x1200 6ms refresh rate. That's ok, but not considered good for fast paced shooters. If you don't care about fast pace shooters but want an amazing monitor then it's a decent choice. However, if you want fast gaming then this monitor is a bad choice. I'd suggest looking at Asus and BenQ for fast monitors. Otherwise consider getting one monitor for quality and one for gaming. (that's what I did).

If you do keep that Dell monitor then only get one 770.

Here's an in depth review.

Nothing I'm going to look into yours with my I.T next week to check which one is better for gaming and if it's worth it. Thanks for your contribution though

Monitors to check out:
Dell U2711 (2760x1440)
BenQ XL2720T 120Hz (means you can see 120fps)
Asus VG248QE 144Hz
Asus VS248H-P 60Hz (maxes at 60fps but you could get 3)

If you are thinking 2x770, then why not 3 monitors? like the Asus VS248H-P.

@Ironbatman.
1. You have a i7-k model with a mobo that you can't overclock it.
2. Case is horrible. So many better choices.
3. Powercolor 7970 isn't reputable. bottom of brands.
4. Overpriced RAM. Can get 1866 for cheaper.

Yeah dude I'm buying the BenQ monitor fits within my budget. Do you think these parts are good enough except I swapped the video card for a gigabyte GTX 770. Will this run bf4 on ultra?

Here are some comparisons

As you can see , the GTX 770 is similar to the HD 7970 even at high resolutions. I recommended the HD 7970 because you get 3 Free Games when you purchase it , and it's also cheaper.

Given the recent price drop on the 7970s I'd probably get that instead of a 770. If you know you are going to run 2 GPUs then you could get 2 7970s and it'd save you around $100-150usd. With those savings you could get a SSD. And SSDs are a must nowadays. You'll know why once you add it.

Samsung 840 250GB: $175
Intel 530 180GB: $140

SSDs are not a must. The main differences between the classic mechanical hard drive and a SSD is that the SSD 's life span is longer and it would help you boot faster.

what could you do with US$100 ? Maybe buy a nice meal :D

I'm guessing you don't have a SSD in your system. If you did you would know the difference. Who cares about boot times, I'm interested in the speed of everything else. I click on something and it snaps open. I built my original rig without a SSD and thought it was fast. A month later I bought a SSD and reinstalled everything and was blown away by how much faster everything felt. Write and read speeds are way faster than fast HDDs.
