Which CPU cooler?

Hello. I'am gonna buy a CPU cooler for my build. My case is a Corsair 750D and my motherboard is a ASUS-z87-a. And my ram kits are Kingston HyperX 8*2.

So I was wondring how is the Be Quiet! cpu coolers?

Please check which CPU cooler I should buy. Heres link to the coolers.

  1. I would suggest you grab the D14.

However, H100i a liquid cooler, outperforms the D14, but you have to bear its noise or get the fans replaced.

Well, I don't trust liquid coolers. I found out this performs better then D14. And where I live, it's even cheaper. http://www.bequiet.com/en/press/2102
  3. That does not outperforms the D14, it performs at par with D14.

Hah, wrote wrong. It's like 2-3 degrees. But it performs better. And since I can get it cheaper, why not get it?

Absolutely! Dark Rock Pro 2 is a "hard-to-find" cooler with prices higher than the D14 in my area.

However if you find it in a reasonable price range, you should not wait or it'll go out of stock soon :)

Yeah, I read it had a terrible performance per dollar. But since it was "cheap" I'am going for that one.
  7. Good luck :)
