Geforce GT 520 85 degree C under load, 100% fan speed

should this happen? Im playing a game on medium graphics, not TOO fancy of a game, and I see my gpu was hitting 85 degrees Celcius with 100% fan speed .. running at 99% GPU usage? ... is this normal for the card? btw the card is brand new

specs

cpu- amd a8 5600k
gpu- nvidia geforce gt 520
memory - 6 gb (1 4gb, 1 2gb)
MOBO- biostar A55ML2
OS- Win 7

whats the exact process to do that? just remove the 520 and the APU will take over or do I have to install anything? I didnt get any discs with the apu... Also my MOBO doesnt have a DVI output so I would have to switch to VGA .. will this effect quality? And the apu only has 512 mb ram for video the 520 has 2 gig.. explain me the process of how to switch and also what will happen by switching from DVI to VGA.... and how much better will game graphics be?
