Hallo, ;)

Why don't you go for the sapphire R9270X? It's already there for a €170 and for that price i would take that one. There is a cheaper one,but i don't now the brand very well,
http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/351012/vtx3d-r9-270x-2gb.html
maybe others here do know it and can tell something about the reliability of it.

Also Windows 8.1 is out,i would go for that.

Next,in the Netherlands i would take a good look at afuture.nl,they are often the cheapest store..
Also if you want to check prices look here

I looked at that set-up and you have everything for overclocking but a good cpu,if you want that go for the 3570k or look at a haswell/socket 1150 system. For 1150 go for the 4670K and a Z87 motherboard then.

The prices between these overclockable (is that a word?) cpu's aren't far apart, seeing that i would go for the 4670K.
a comparison
if temps are worrying you go for the 2500K (socket 1155),it's still a very good cpu.But i advice the 4670K or if you don't want to overclock the 4570 which is still socket 1150.

I don't see a power supply and case either? Maybe you already have these....

i dont over clock my system and the case is a corsair 300r window
PSU : corsair CX 750W

the socket 1155 is cheaper and this motherboard support SLI
that is the reason but i can skip the Watercooler and place a air cooler!

that is like 20€ cheaper

That's right....1150 motherboards cost some great deal of bucks...So if I were you I'd go for the 1155 as well...Now I'm planning on getting an i5 as well... :)
And please don't forget the GPU...R9 270X is not something great....get the 660 OC...But if you plan to get the 7950,instead of these 2,which I doubt though, will be a splendid choice, since they perform even better than an overclocked 670...! But it's just a suggestion from me...I know you ain't spending those extra bucks... :)
And about the cooler,I wonder why you need the 412,when there is 212 at a lower cost, which most of the people use...Even overclockers...

i know 212 is a great cooler!

the core i5 3470 is a great CPU aswell.
and for the GPU......
i think i go for the Club3d radeon HD 7870 Royalking
its on sale for €154.- !! and great preformans / idont gonna use PHYSX
so ATI is great for me!
and i get a cheaper Motherboard: MSI Z77A - G43 (no SLI) with Crossfire support!!

Thnx for help and Ideas :)

Is that a second hand hd 7950?

I assume you live in Holland? That's why i give links to the tweakers site like the next one,
http://tweakers.net/categorie/49/videokaarten/producten/#filter:q1bKL0pJLXLLTM1JUbJSKijKzCpW0oEIBucXlQDFEouTgSJAmeRU38w8JSsDHaXigtRkt8ycktSiYiWraiUjIxBZlpijZBWtZGphZglUb25saKAUW1tbCwA
a price comparison between the 7950 and the R9270X.The last one is as good and a lot cheaper.

Reviews about the R9270X,
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/R9_270X_HAWK/
http://uk.hardware.info/reviews/4892/7/amd-radeon-r9-280x--r9-270x-from-asus-and-msi-review-r9-in-practice-cooling-noise-production-and-energy-consumption

If you're not going to overclock i think you'd stay better with the intel build.
If you want to overclock imo you'd better go for the amd FX-8320 looking at the price difference.

No no...Don't go for AMD unless you're on a tight budget...!! That 6350 is going to perform nowhere near the 3470.The 3470 even performs equal or better than the 8350.SO getting the 6350 is not a good idea. And about overclocking the FX,if you're craving to overclock, get the 3570K which costs a few more bucks.
http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/366/AMD_FX-Series_FX-6350_vs_Intel_Core_i5_i5-3470.html
Well, yes the 7950 is better than the 660,but don't forget you'll be compromising the CPU getting a better GPU.If I were you,I wouldn't do it.
Have a look at these gaming benchmarks and you can clearly see the difference between an FX 6350 and the i5 3470.
http://www.overclock.net/t/1389067/pcghx-new-fx-4350-and-fx-6350-review-pcgameshardware
And about the R9 270X and 7950. IF you're going for the AMD build, which I hope you won't,get the 7950.It's got a better overclocking headroom and performs better. So the 7950 is better among the two.
