i need people's opinion on this build!!!!!

Solution
Seems good only i'd go with windows 8 just because it performs better in most games.

And the AMD FX-8350 is an 8-core witch in gaming you'll never use more than 6 cores. So I'd go with an 6 or 4-core CPU.
For this build I'd recommend the Intel Core i5-4670K - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54670k - but than you'll need to change your motherboard. So another option would be to go with the AMD FX-6300 - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd6300wmhkbox - than you can keep your motherboard.

i will be playing battlefield 4, which i heard and read that its more AMD sided(saw some benchmarks) and it seems that the 8350 performs alot better than the 6300. shouldn't i just stick with the 8350?

but i will be going for your windows 8 suggestion though

Benchmarks are optimised to use all cores so you'll get better scores on benchmarks but games like Battlefield 4 only use 6 cores so 2 cores aren't used. And most games only use 4 cores.
