upgrade cpu/gpu will this psu handle it?

my current spec:
-asus crosshair v 990fx
-phenom ii x4 955
-8gb corsair venegace ddr3
-ssd/hdd(7200)
-asus 5770 1gb
-corsair h80 (water cooling)
-wireless card
-2 fans
and psu - Cooler Master GX 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

I want to upgrade to FX 9370 (220tdp......) and R9 270X (gigabyte or asus) and my question is - how do You think - will psu handle it? Or should I go in fx 8350 direction? TBH I would preffer faster one....

You should go for the FX-8350, and get the R9280x with the money you save. I'm assuming you want this for gaming, so I doubt you will be disappointed with that choice.

EDIT: From what I've heard, a FX-9370 is just a overclocked 8350. Just buy a nice cooler(like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo) and overclock the 8350 if you want to.

Price difference between 9370 and 8350 is £10, difference between 270x and 280x is £80. my cooler is corsair h80 hydro series, so no way to downgrade :)
