I want to buy ASUS GTX 760 but,is it compatible with ASUS P8H61-M LX R2.0 motherboard?

Yes it is as it is listed:
Expansion Slots
1 x PCI Express 3.0 x16

Just make sure you have a PSU to work with it (8 pin PCI-e power connector needed).

Depending on which GTX 760 you get, there is a 2 x 6 pin PCI-e power connector to 1 x 8 pin adapter (should be included in the box with the GTX 760). Image below:
