Hi.After my friend accidentally bulled out the battery on her Dell Inspiron N5010 Windows 7 is stuck on Welcome screen.i am able to enter F2,F8.and F12 and do neccesary changes but still not able to enter safe mode,Launch system repair or boot from Cd/Dvd. Is maybe Hard drive Damaged???

Ok. Now i have Open the back cover of Laptop, pulled out the drive, aswell as RAM sticks, then inserted them all back in place firmly and still the same.After ca 45 min The System Repair start and runs forever,After 5 hrs it is still running but it is does not do any repair at all.

The Drive is in the BIOS and it refuses to boot from DVD/USB to do a repair!!:??:

I was thinking the same and i will give it a second chance before i write it off.Thank you for all your help.
