Alright, so I bought a pc and upon setting it up, I wasn't getting any signal on the monitor. Thinking I had a faulty card, I tried my friends card (660ti) into my motherboard(ga-990fxa-ud3)and we installed windows. So I know my motherboard is working fine. Then, we took my video card (gigabyte radeon hd 7870) and put it into his motherboard and it worked fine. So what we know is that the card and the motherboard are not broken, but I can't get a signal when using my 7870 in my Ga-990fxa-ud3 board. I'm wondering if there's something I have to change in the BIOS. Anyway, if you can help me out I would be so grateful. Here are my full list of specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-990fxa-ud3
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870
PSU: Thermaltake SMART 750w Bronze Certified
Case: Bitfenix Ghost
CPU: AMD FX6300
Ram: Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
