Does anyone know of any PCI or PCI express that would let me switch from a wireless router on my desktop? Using Windows 8 OS not switching just to let you know.

Yes, that device will work for the PC. But you still need a router if you have more than one device.

The modem hands out one and only one IP address.Either to a router, or to the PC. The router then hands out multiple internal IP addresses to all your devices, either wired or wireless.
Yes, you can, via ICS, retransmit from the PC to the other devices.
But there is no difference in wiring if all the other things are wireless. Just have them connect to the router.

I want to change my PC to a wireless and I want to know any good wireless PCI or Express card that will let me connect from my cable modem and just wirelessly connect my other devices from my PC.

This is how it is now:
Cable Mode > Wireless Router > Desktop > Other wireless devices.

The reason I want to change this because I hate seeing that jungle wires

Air Force Retired is right, that's kind of vague. You could always use something called an Ethernet port and go direct hardwired to your modem.

Okay then. Here is a simple solution the TP-LINK TL-WN822N Wireless N300 High Gain USB Adapter, 300Mbps

Just install software plug it into a free usb port and your up and running in no time. I used the exact same one for years and gamed without a problem.

Ah. There are any number of PCI-E or USB WiFi devices available. Probably not a huge difference between them.

Why do your other devices need to connect through the PC, and not directly to the router WiFi?

The jungle wires if I can just get rid of the wireless router and somehow wireless connect all the other devices to my PC instead there will be no problem. I have no problem with my PC to be wirelessly connect to my other devices.

Using the PC as the hotspot, it has to be on for anything else to connect. I would just use the router for what it is designed for. No more or less 'wiring' than using the PC as a pseudo router.
