Hello,
I am a pc gamer, I play cs 1.6 all the time, I just bought blackops2 and it wasn't launching, I got to know that my graphic card doesn't meet the requirments :(
I have a dell inspiron n5110 15R with integrated graphic card intel Hd graphics :/ I can't upgrade them, I decided to sell my laptop and get a good gaming desktop/a console. It's my dad's laptop so he didn't allow me to sell it :/
Can I buy a graphic card and insert it in my laptop? or connect it externally through a usb or something? Please help

Solution
Noone sells graphics cards for laptops except from laptops that have been stripped on ebay etc so they tend to be expensive that laptop was sold with an optional Radeon 6470M so its the only card thats guaranteed to work and not overheat the rest or anything but according to this its only good for medium settings in black ops so likely not so good for BO2 http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6470M.43075.0.html
As for USB graphics cards they are extremely limited by the band width of USB but you could try it with a low end card like a Radeon 7750 and maybe get good results as long as you have a USB 3 port (forget it on USB 2).

Yes but you are limited in room for a laptop. Take measurements around the PCI port and look for cards within those measurements. (Unless of course you don't mind it hanging out of the laptop)
