While playing (all the games I have tried ) or performing any syntetic benchmark, I see many monochomatic polygons appearing randomly in the screen with Sapphire HD7950 O.C. Edition video card. The first driver I tried was 13.09 Beta, and now I am using 13.11 Beta.
I have posted a video of Heaven Benchmark where this problem happens on youtube. Link HERE.
I have not seen any report of anything similar to my problem. Even while I am browsing, I see a lot of misplaced pixels.
If you look carefully to the "L" of Google, you will see the missing pixels in THIS image.

PC Specs:
Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600
AMD FX8350
Asrock 990FX MOBO
Sapphire HD7950 OC edition
(The rest is irrelevant)

Test Specs:
Heaven Benchmark 4.0
Resolution 1920x1080 Fullscreen, Ultra Quality and Extreme Tesselation. Anti-Aliasing x2. DX11 API.
AMD 13.11 Beta Driver. Windows 8.0.
Recording Software: MSI Afterburner.

[EDIT: I am NOT overclocking the card at all. The temperatures also do NOT cross 52 degrees celsius]

Just tried the stable version of the driver (13.09) as well as underclocking memory and core. Same results.
Did anyone ever had this problem? I'm still trying to believe my card is not faulty.

[UPDATE]
Tried the OS change suggestion, installed a dual boot Windows 7 and performed the same tests again. No change in results.
I didn't have another DDR3 laying arount to test though.
What I'm probably doing is buying a cheap card to use during the RMA time anyway (no onboard video card in the MOBO). I'm sure this will tell if the problem is in the video card or not.

[Problem discovered]
I ended up buying 4 GB of RAM, once I had only 4 GB and some games were crashing due to RAM usage and a cheap video card (MSI Radeon HD5450).
At first I removed the old RAM and placed the new RAM only. Same results.
Then I tried both RAMs in the system. Same results.
I left the 8 GBs of RAM there and placed the HD 5450. Perfect image ( no misrendering ), but a sad 1 frame per second performance in the same test...
I'm sending the card back tomorrow.
Thanks for all the help/replies!
