W7 64bit PC.
Posted a couple of days ago that mouse keeps disappearing and sometimes with a system freeze.
Plugging in any USB device will recover for a min or 2 .... which makes me think it could be USB issue.
Before I do last resort (full clean install)

Is there a way to clear & rebuild all USB drivers ? ..... maybe there is corruption on Bus Controller or one of the drivers ..

You could enable legacy USB drivers in BIOS and after that reinstall the MB chipset (effectively reinstalling the drivers for USB support too). Those symptoms are sometimes related to a bad motherboard so you might want to consider replacing it if everything else fails.

In BIOS under integrated periferals most of the time. But different BIOS models put the setting in different places. Look for "enable usb legacy" or "usb mode: legacy" or something similar.
