At first, thanks for the (superprompt) answer! From which, I realize I should have probably avoided the 'medium' adjective in the subject line, as the budget I'm oriented is basically lower than the (although affordable) 99 $.
Not gaming, nor video editing, I was wondering what the best picks are, let's say around/within the 50$ budget.
I came across some hypothesis, such as HD6450, ZOTAC ZT-20313-10L, ASUS EN210 SILENT/DI/1GD3/V2, etc.:
