8.1 Switchable Graphics Issue

hey all. I have a sager NP9150 with AMD Radeon 7970 and I recently upgraded to 8.1. I dowloaded the new 13.11 beta drivers but the catalyst control center does not show the option for switchable graphics which means I can't play anything because it is using the intel card and not the 7970. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure but everything i attempt to play is using the intel card and Im not sure how to get it to the 7970

It's a laptop so I'm not too sure how to check. (very new to this stuff)

What makes you think that it works not from 7970? I assumed you were on desktop because of the video card- I did not know- they come in small versions to fit in to the lap top. Do they really? What ports do you have on your lap top? (This is the computer you asking about, right?)

I have the 13.11 Beta drives from AMD. I believe it is meant for desktop computers which is why it has no swithcable graphics, but when I try to download the 13.11 Mobility drivers it says that I have incompatible hardware, although all the past drivers I have used were all mobility ones because I need the switchable graphics option.

Thanks for helping me, computers can be very frustrating :)
