HP desktop came with ATI Radeon HD 4200 ... installing Photoshop ... in order for the 3D function to work , needs 512 MB or more ..... I have a GeForce 9600 GT ..... do I need to uninstall the ATI first ? or just go ahead anf install the GeForce

Every little help is apreciated

Solution
Just uninstall the the ATI/AMD drivers. Then shut the system down, install the new GPU, and start the system. Install the 9600GT drivers from nvidia.com.

The ATI/AMD 4200 is an integrated video adapter built into your motherboard. It will be disables by the BIOS when you install the 9600GT.

Good luck!
