So this(I think) my final build, I have a couple of questions regarding the components to finalize everything

1.) Will the PSU be enough for this? PcPart Picker estimated 359w.
*Note: I already bought the PSU :s, Should I get a new one with a higher wattage?(I probably can't since I'm on a tight budget.)
2.) Do you think the cooling for the CPU and the entire system is good enough?
3.) Any cheaper alternatives for the Aftermarket cooler?
4.) Is there anyway I can lower the wattage?
5.) Your suggestions!
6.) If this was your system would you be comfortable with it?(PSU-wise * no random explosions and house fires*).
Please answer in that order c:, I would really appreciate it!
