Will this graphics card work in my Dell Optiplex 775 as it only has a 280W PSU? I know it is known for being a decent low profile graphics card with low power consumption, but will it work with 280W?

The 7750 will work. It should do everything you mention.

So will the 7750 work with my PSU? I would upgrade but I can't as I am using my Dell OptiPlex which has a proprietary PSU. I am using it until I can complete my own build which I am saving up for atm as I am a student. Just a quick question, could you recommend any cheap Graphics Cards that will fit my low profile PCIe slot that will allow me to dual screen and play Football manager at a decent (but not major high) rate?
