I want to know if I can run/play Guild Wars 2. I really don't want to bother with it if its not going to run well. Meaning, I hate lagging.

Uh, scratch that. I don't know what the website I was on was thinking the minimum settings for GW2 were but taking a look at the box art it seems you ought to do fairly well. I'm guessing low with some settings on medium.

The box says HD3000 + core i3. Both of which you are bit more powerful than.

Possibly, you might also have a second one that is used, you can find it under device manager in the section that says display adapters. If it doesn't show up there then you don't have one. And I doubt Guild Wars 2 would run favorably with a 4600.

Though skyrim will run at around 30fps on medium, so who knows you might have some luck with GW2.
