Hi Sir/Ma'am...I have had my laptop for about a year now and of late the touch pad freezes and wont move until in use an external mouse. I even tried updating my driver but had the current version. WHY is that so ? Please help....BTW it's Intel Core i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz. 6GB RAM.
