My nephew slammed his hand on my laptop and it went blank. Upon restart after windows logo my windows are not booting at all and screen stays blank. I took my laptop hdd out and connected that with external enclosure to access the hard drive, it's not letting me to access the partition in which windows is installed nor letting me to format this partition either. I can access the other partition but not the one in which windows are installed. Any help?
