SLI or Crossfire: No

Additional Comments: I would like the computer to be as quiet as possible without effecting quality. I will mostly be playing Dota 2 and general steam games. Also maybe bf4 when it is released

Solution
For $900, I was able to cram in an ASUS R9 280X, which will be much better than a GTX 760 for gaming and is optimized for BF4 via AMD MANTLE. The FX6300 CPU (Also part of BF4's recomended specs) will be just fine for the task and will not hold back the 280X. Coupled with the good-looking, simplistic and very silent Fractal Design R4, you should have a good experience.

I don't think this motherboard is going to slow him down. And how about this CPU? A little overkill?

This will do.
