I had this issue a few nights ago, its a fresh build and I had fixed it by loosening the cpu heat sink a little bit. It must have been over tightened at the factory, as soon as I did this the issue was gone. I just started my machine up and it appears the Issue is back but must be for a different reason, could it be the 550w power supply isn't enough? I don't really do much other than play WoW or portal 1-2 any and all help would be fantastic thanks.
