the 8350 may carry the 8GB at 2133, no guarantee, but worse possibility would be drop to 1866 and tighten the timings if you get the 2133 sticks ;) OCing the 1600 sticks to 1866 may be problematic, and would need additional MC and DRAM voltage which will increase heat
