70C While Gaming with HD 7990 Normal?

My Radeon HD 7990 have 40-50C while idling. But when gaming, it got to 60-70C. Is it normal? What temperature should I look out while gaming? With EVGA precision, can I safety increase fan speed to cool GPU off by 10% or so?

its fine. 80+ should draw your attention. You can set the fan at 100% anytime you want. Havent used the EVGA precision but it might has something similar with the MSI afterburner where lets you adjust the fan speed depending on the temperature.
