Will the 1.65V work with this build? If I underclock these, will I get CL9 or better? Are the DOM plats worth it?

Those would work, but would suggest saving about $80 and getting a good set of 2400/10 2x8GB

Corsair is still fairly new to the high freq sticks and are grossly overpriced

I would recommend getting the 290x over the 780. Just as powerful (more if you overclock it) and $100 less.

Actually, it seems to be sold out on Newegg.

A bunch of people have rec'd the 290x so I'm gonna wait for the 780 Ti. Would the voltage be fine? Would I have to downclock it? I want to stay with the Dom Plats because of lighting and a mainly corsair build.

Your choice, the 780 TI is suppose to have a nice jump, performance wise and should just be around the corner
