Hello, it's quite difficult to explain my problem. Basically I have my 32" TV plugged in to my PC and it is being used as my second monitor at 1920x1080. I am using Chrome on it, and Chrome is very large and seems like it is using a 1600x900 resolution. The zoom only affects the size of the website, not the Chrome window. I used to use the TV as a second monitor all the time and the programmes opened on it always matched the TVs resolution. If anyone understands my problem (sorry for the poor explanation) any help is greatly appreciated. This has really confused me.

sounds like chrome is zoomed. press control and the - (minus) key to zoom down. control and the + (plus) key zoom back up. might have hit the key's on accident.

And resizing the Chrome window doesn't fix it? Maybe I didn't get it.

Thanks for the answers. It's not the zoom, it's the window itself. The buttons and mouse and huge but the taskbar is the size of a 1080p resolution.
