How Many Watts Do I Need?

I am looking for a good power supply for my new gaming pc. Im planning on using an AMD 8350, A GPU like a Radeon 7870 and 4 case fans. 1 200mm fan and 3 120mm fans. How many watts or how much power would my PSU have to put out? And do any of you guys have any specific PSUs that you would recommend. I would prefer for it to be $60 or less.
