Will current set up bottleneck a new GPU?

Solution
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you (BF4 release), your board uses the older AM3 socket, the FX chips use AM3+ so they will not work with your board. A Phenom II x4 965 (like mine but with a 3.4 GHz clock) would handle a 650ti boost fine, and it's unlocked so you could even bring the clock up a bit more if you needed too.

Would you recommend getting a CPU upgrade along with it or is the motherboard bottlenecking to? Do you know if my current motherboard is compatible with AMDs 6 core FX cpus?

Thanks! New egg actually had a deal on a 660 w/ free assassin's creed so I went that route. I'll probably upgrade motherboard and cpu relatively soon anyway.
