So I have a very unique problem here, and first ill start off by listing my specs:

*ASUS P6T motherboard (NOT the deluxe version or whatever, plain p6t)

*18gb ram DDR3 (the ram slots have 3 black, and 3 red, not sure if this is of significance)
-3 random 2gb sticks that came w/ computer
-1 corsair vengeance stick 4gb (recently upgraded)
-2 g skill sniper 4gb (recently upgraded)

*EVGA Supernova Nex750B (750w power supply, most recent upgrade)

*Nvidia GTX 660 (least recent upgrade)

So recently my computer has decided to start randomly booting up on me. When it does randomly boot up, it resets all of my bios settings and I have to go in and manually restore the time, storage configuration, etc) This wasn't a huge deal for me, I can change the BIOs but I knew something was up and wanted it to be resolved. When I do change the settings after it boots itself, it works just fine until I manually power it down. So I looked into it and tried a couple different things, no solution. Now, for some reason when I power off my computer, just a regular shutdown, I'll go to sleep, wake up, then go to turn on the computer and the power button just doesn't work. Fans don't spin for a second, there is no beeping, the button jus presses down and shows no signs of turning on. Eventually, the computer will turn on by itself and I will be able to use my computer for a short period of time before the power button starts crapping out on me again. (the whole time the computer is randomly starting itself, or restarting itself, resetting BIOs information.)

these are the steps I have taken doing research myself in order to fix the problem which still persists, and has lead me to posting my own thread about my problem inparticular:

Changed CMOS battery (still turns on by itself changing BIOs settings)
Cleared CMOS by taking the proper steps in moving the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 for 15 secs, then back to 1-2
Reformatted my PC entirely
Taken out my video card and used the 2nd PCI slot on the mobo instead of its current one.
Reconnected a lot of the power cables connected to the mobo and reconnected them.

the power supply is brand new, and can not be the problem. everything shows it is getting power, the motherboards power light is red so it's getting power ( its just off ) and I have a wireless adapter that is getting power through the power supply even when the computer is turned off. The power cable is hooked up to a battery back up, that is powering multiple items in my room and seems to be functioning properly.

If any advice can be given at all to help me get my computer back working it would be great. I just had to replace the power supply, i just upgraded the ram because i am a huge gamer, and bought a new card for gaming. at this point the computer won't boot up and the power button is doing absoloutely nothing. the fans aren't spinning for a second then turning off, there are no beeps.. At this point I am thinking I might just have to buy a new mobo and case and salvage the pieces I have =/

Does anyone have a solution or any advice as to what I could do to fix my problem? My computer hasn't turned on for 2 days and I'm getting worried. The power button is doing nothing. Fans don't turn on for a second, it just clicks and nothing happens. Power supply is working , battery backup its being plugged into is working. Cleared CMOS, moved around RAM,etc. please help.
