corsair 8 gb 1600 mhz memory showing lower speed

so i have 2 corsair 4 gb 1600 vengence ram which will be in total 8gb. it is in a asus sabertooth 990fx motherboard with an fx 8350 processor.so when i was checking the bios speed in cpuz it say the dram frequency is at 578 and when u times that buy 2 it is 1156 when my ram is suppose to be running at 1600.when i go to the bios to chenge the option of the memory speed it only give me the option to choose 1439 or 1733, and 1600 is not show how do i get it to be 1600 help please

Check and see if BIOS has DOCP or EOCP, if it does, enable that and select 1600
