battlefield 3 multiplayer studdering issue

Hi, I am running a wireless adapter and I haven't had any problems ill get a lot of times where my fps dips a lot. My new voltage is 1.236V varies from 1.248V-1.260V when playing BF3 on medium settings CPU usage is 45%-60% it is at 4013mhz without turbo. my temps never went above 40C on my cpu and 47C on Vcore 1. I also just applied my Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste used grain of rice.

CPU: FX-8350
CPU Cooler H60 push-pull corsair SP120mm fans
GPU: 7770
MOBO: ASUS Sabertooth 990FX AM+ R2.0
RAM: 2x8 Corsair vengeance 1600mhz
PSU: Corsair AX850W (gold certified)
Case: NZXT phantom

does it happen only when you are moving the mouse? mine does the same a hair just make sure to use raw input for your mouse in settings.
bf3 has a know issue if you do not and it causes issues like that as well as using AA

I figured it would be because I never have an issue like this EX: Crysis 3
btw temps pretty good right ? stock voltage was 1.392V lol
