im currently looking for a laptop that is fast but cheap. I'm not looking for a top of the line laptop or a really slow laptop. i need one that is intel powered, i need it to have at least a 2.4 ghz clock speed. my budget: 400$ max. thank you in advance

Of these laptops, i'd go with either:
