What settings do I need in order to get my i7-3930k to 5GHz?

I have a custom loop with a 480mmx80mm rad, and everyhting buyt my RAM and SSD are watercooled, so I know cooling is not the issue. I have an Asus Rampage IV extreme MOBO, an i7-3930k, GTX 780, 8GB of ram @ 1600MHz, and a 760watt PSU, and even though I enable all of the bios settings that are supposed to help with overclocking, and keep increasing voltages, I can't seem to get it stable, does anyone know of what settings/voltages I should be specifically tweaking, or care to share the settings that they are using with the same MOBO?

All CPUs are different and in that matter there are some that overclock very well and other that don't. So that means that if you have already tried a bunch of stuff and it is not stable than that might be too much for the CPU.
