I started up my computer today and had no internet connections so i fiddled with the cord as this sometimes fixes the problem. It showed i was connected but i couldn't get any webpages to load. I tried some google searching on my phone and found some rather scary stuff. People saying you have malware, virut or some other bad stuff. I have AVG anti virus which i pay for and I have Malwarebytes Antimalware. I tried scanning with both and got some infections which i removed and it seemed to work fine for roughly an hour. Now its intermittent which the internet being cut. I can talk on skype, play on steam and watch twitch but it will occasionally stop me from loading pages but won't interrupt my skype calls or shut off my twitch stream.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. I can reinstall windows but I would rather not have to.
