If you can get dual 760's for a total of 4GB VRAM for less than a 760 with 4GB VRAM, i'd go with the two. The extra power from the extra card will give you a pretty good performance boost.

I keep hearing that the 4gb vram option on some 760s is a waste of money, but what about in SLI?
If your into skyrim mods,BF4 recommends 3GB or into higher resolutions then 4GB would be a good option and afaik from what ive seen the 760s in sli has enough power to utilize 4GB depending on the task
