What's the difference between SLI and Crossfire?

sli is nvidia's implementation of running 2 or more cards at once. Crossfire is AMD's. Same thing, just depends on what cards your using.

SLI is Nvidia's version of having 2-4 graphic's cards together in one system. Crossfire is basically AMD's SLI.

They are both dual-GPU solutions, but SLI is for nVidia, and Crossfire is for ATI. They are basically the same thing though.
