Need to wipe hard drive with no OS, RW disc, or repair disc.

A little backstory, I tried to install windows 8 onto a fresh hard drive with no OS or anything. My computer didn't meet the requirements (dell dimension 4700 just thought i'd try for the hell of it). Everytime I load up it gives me 0035a errors.

How do I use that with no disc to load it on? Every time I boot up on my other pc it gives me the windows 8 recovery message "Your pc needs to be repaired This 64 bit application couldnt load because your pcdoesn't havea c4 bit processor" etc. withe the error code oxc000035a File:/windows/system32/winload.exe

You burn either of those to a CD. Boot from that CD. Wipe the drive.
Start over.

Yeah that's the issue though, I have no CD to burn it to I was wondering if there's anything in like the no OS initial startup menu or something to wipe the hard drive of the existing bit of Windows 8 that's there.

How do I do that? When I start the computer it goes straight to that recovery screen, how do I get the instillation process started if ti does that?

Sorry i'n not very tech savvy = (
