I installed my new mobo a few days ago the m5a99x evo r2.0 and installed all my parts that I used before and during random boots it says CPU fan error press F2 to run set up, now my monitor doesn't support the resolution to view the bios I just get a black screen.
But if I open and close my DVD drive hit reset windows then starts faultless and runs all day with not a single error, it seems to be perfectly fine maybe the mobo is not recognizing my aftermarket cooler? not such a huge issue it seems but just got me thinking why.
Any ideas about the bios I'd like to have a fiddle around with it which I can't do
