Help with CM Storm Trooper case and Corsair H100i

Just a quick question asking if anyone knows whether the
CoolMaster Storm Trooper Case,
Corsair H100i,
Asus Maximus VI Formula Motherboard and,
Kingston HyperX Beast RAM, are compatible.

No need it is supported, there is a 200mm fan there but can be swapped for 2 x 120/140mm.
From CM site
"
Water cooling support:
- Top: 240mm optional - Front: customizable
- Bottom: 240mm - Rear: 120/140mm all-in-one (AIO) kit"

Any idea if I need to modify the case? The cooler is 240mm and the case space on the top is only 200mm. I'm not really sure (sorry if this next bit sounds a bit pretentious).
