New Build What do you think? 1100 budget

This is what I have so far and idk if it is a decent build for the price. Anything in there that should be changed?. I'm trying to stay under 1100 but I need a monitor. I have found only these to be within my budget. I'm also questioning the case itself, maybe I shouldn't be so cheap on it or throw in an ssd.
Any tips/help with this build would be appreciated. What do you think?

Which monitor should I choose, unless there is a better one in the same price range?

The difference between the two monitors is, one is a IPS and the other is a TN. IPS have better viewing angles so people viewing the screen at a angle won't experience any color changes. But if your in the middle, directly looking at it, there makes no difference.
Here is a Asus IPS and it's cheaper
