For the past year I have been talking, posting, breathing, thinking, pooping, eating, wondering, dreaming, questioning, and having fun researching about computers. I have come to enjoy them. I have fixed old Dell Dimensions and Optiplex's, all for this moment. I am going to build a computer from scratch. I am looking for a up-gradable, game ready, and fit for my needs PC. I think I have the right builds. If you read that properly it said "Builds" that's because I don't know which one to choose. Even though I will say I am adequate with what I know and what I have come up with, I want to make sure. The builds are based of Intel and AMD processors and AMD cards.

Intel Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2FUE

AMD Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmMatt907/saved/2Ftc

The games and programs and plans to do with one of those computers are:
1. Games:
Play:
LoL
WoW
Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Left 4 Dead 2
Battlefield 4 on low/medium settings
Programs:
Dxtory while playing games
Fraps while playing games
Sony Vegas 10
Adobe photoshop 6
Teamspeak 3 while playing games
Plans:
Become a Youtuber
Homework use
General Use
ETC.

I have been needing to upgrade for a long while from my HP Pavilion G7 laptop. And this is the best time to do it. I have a budget of $450 and I need just the computer and shipping costs. The builds above meet the requirements. There maybe some parts missing, but I have those in my possession. Please help me out, I am doing this for my school project, and so I can game again without my Xbox, I just couldn't stand Xbox anymore.

Parts in possession:
500GB Seagate Barracuda ES HDD
NZXT Source 210 Black ATX Mid Tower Case
Standard Optical Drive

Better power supply and about same performance as the 650ti, which will make it an all AMD build.

For this project I sadly can not use those builds, I have to come up with the ones I made. My Teacher does check this account, and sees if I am using someone's build. Would these builds handle what I have stated up above? I also can only order from Amazon and Newegg, they have the cheapest and no shipping costs to Alaska.
