guys, i am going to buy a new gpu . maybe ati radeon 6670 1gb ddr5 or amd 7750 1gb ddr 5 . i have a asus motherboard this one http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5QPLAM/#specification... . Yes, it will fit and run without a problem as PCI 2.0 GPUs are backward compatible.

Even a PCIe 3.0 card will run in a PCIe 1.0a motherboard, which is even older! ;)
