Best graphics card for $200.

Hi,
In a few months i will be building a gaming rig. I would like to know what the best graphics card would be for these specifications

CPU: intel core 15 4670K

MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V LX

PSU: XFX PRO850W Core
Edition

I would like at least 2 gb of RAM.

the R9 270x is basically a rebranded , more expensive HD 7870. The HD 7870 comes with 2 free games so it's a better deal.

the HD 7870 / 7850 comes with 2 free games while the HD 7950 / 7970 comes with 3 free games. The GTX 660 + cards all come with Batman Arkham Origins for free.

Do I need to buy the card from the AMD website to get them? or do i just put in a code that comes with the card???

If the retailer that you bought the HD 7870 from is participating in the campaign , then your retailer would give the code to you. but if you're buying it online , then they would most probably emial the codes to you. You would have to install Steam to install the games
