is ASUS RADEON HD 7770 good?

so i am planning to built a budget gaming pc and i am planning to buy this gpu becuase it costs only like 90 euros...i have seen many videos in youtube about how the card performs in games like bf3,bf4,far cry 3 and it is actually a very good card.so my question is the ASUS a good brand in gpu's or i should go with sapphire which is a little bit more expensive?if asus is good i will buy it.but i dont want like to buy it and after 5 months to see the card dying...so this is the question should i go with asus?

yeah i am not going to be playing in the max resolution of my tv (1920x1080) so i can help the gpu a little with the fps...but i guess i am going to be playing in 1920x720 or lower...thnx...i am going to combine it with 4gb of ram 1600mhz and an intel g2030 3.0ghz.
