Monitor problem, won't display anything

My monitor is perfectly fine, but it won't display anything but the power indicator is blinking. My CPU does have two vga port and I tried plugging my monitor to both of the ports, i tried switching the RAM too, but none of them worked.

The monitor works perfectly fine on other computer

okay thats fine, well you computer may be bottlenecked somewhere.have you checked the power outlets around where you plugged the monitor in? try a lamp or something simple to see if those are working.

Intel Core i3

I think the gfx card is Nvidia GeForce 7200+
sorry but I don't know the exact since I can't open that particular PC since this problem

Yep I checked everything including the power outlets ;)
