My computer is showing my files in shortcut

It is infected with a virus/Trojan. You need to first clean the flash drive of all viruses/trojans.... and now you need to scan and clean your entire laptop, since it's also infected.
If you're using an antivirus, chuck it, it's no good, try another one, Kaspersky is good as far as my experience goes and it's not very expensive either.
Beware, once you have cleaned the Laptop most of you folders and files will remain hidden that were previously there, since this particular virus/trojan , is known for it, but don't worry they will still be on the drives, only hidden.
You'll need to change the attributes or folder option to let you see hidden files and you'll need to then make them visible.
