no it won´t...
you would need more powerful video card (or crossfire of two 7950) to achieve that kind of performance especially in multiplayer...
but you don´t have powerful enough power supply to be able to run crossfire of those cards...

You can run on high quality with MSAA = Off at 60fps. But At ultra with AA Of you will get an average 45-50 fps. here's the reference image.
This is based on Beta benchmarks. This game is optimized for AMD so don't worry you're not in trouble and wait for actual game to be released(probably tomorrow) then we'll see the actual Benchmarks.
