What is the highest temp a computer should reach?

Solution
It depends on all your components, there's no standard "X is too high" because all components have a maximum threshold of how hot they can get.

As a basic example, laptop parts are built to withstand a much higher temperature, simply because of the nature of laptops being a lot thinner and have less space to dissipate the heat that comes out.
