this is my specs
athlon II x4 640
POV GTX 550TI 1536Mb
motherboard M4N68T
2x2048 MB DDR3-RAM
LC-Power LC6650GP3 V2.3, 650W

Friend gave me today this graphic card, card were new(original packed)
I put it inside, download latest drivers, but after 10-15 minutes of gaming PC went down.
I have notice then that my graphic card were extremely hot.
Than i have downloaded evga precision and HWMonitor to see my temperature.
Temp was OK, lets say normal.
Graphic works on 40-45 i think thats normal for nvidia, but when i play game temp goes above 70 and pc goes down.
70 or 80 are normal for this card ??? mean for playing
but why PC shut down?????

With other cards GT220 and hd7770 works great

The 550ti hitting 80c is not an issue, yes its hot, but it should cause no problems. The 550 Ti will be pulling the most power of the cards you mention and your power supply is not of high quality. You may verify you plugged the 6 pin PCIE power into the back end of the card properly. My suspicion is the power supply is causing the crash. May test the 550 Ti out in another PC if it works fine then its very likely your PSU.
